image.jpgI was given this computer and I cannot get it to boot up. I have tried everything. F10, F11, Esc, F9. It won’t budge. Any suggestions?

From what little specs I could find, this model PC appears to be a Vista-era PC, and if it still has the original drive, it's likely that drive has failed -- if you get that HP logo screen and the PC never continues to boot into Windows.

You would need to be able to press the Esc key or F2 to be able to get into the Start Menu to run diagnostics, but if you can't even do that, the only thing you could do is remove the drive from the PC, connect it to another PC using an adapter, and see if the drive is OK.
