How do I get my account from disable?  It's telling me to contact my system administrator.

We need to know what you are doing on the PC when this message comes up.

 

We also need the exact wording of the message in order to provide detailed advice.

 

Also, what OS version is is running and how old is it?

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
