System Board (00A) Error

HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p017c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, the Lubin system board BIOS on my Pavilion Desktop 570-p017c acted a little fuzzy. First, all of my system info was cleared out of its memory and its "Manufacturing Product Mode" had been set to Unlock.  Luckily for me, thanks to the BIOS Configuration Utility, I returned the MPM setting to Lock, then was able to input my system info back into the BIOS setup utility.

Now, however, I'm unable to solve a problem to the message that I'm now currently seeing everytime I boot up my PC:

"The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number"

(Although bypassing it using any key on my keyboard, to my surprise, allows the normal booting sequence to continue and I can access Windows 10 from there)

All this may have occured as a result of what I believed to be a virus modhack. I've seen many solutions to fix this, but they're exclusively for notebooks; I've not seen a BIOS problem on any of my own, yet.  I have the latest BIOS version installed onto the system board.  Is there any way that I can get the CT number back into the BIOS's memory?

System Board (00A) Error

Hi,

I get this sometimes when I wipe the DMI / Tattoo from HP desktop mainboards. If you don't know the CT number, then you can substitute it with the serial number of the PC.

The utility I use to re-populate the CT number is the same used for changing MPM to lock.

Which utility are you using?

Did you mean that BIOS Configuration Utility?  I used it to reprogram the CT number through but sometimes it failed! It has to be another way.
