Congratulations.
I turn on the computer, immediately System Temperatures: pch: 88.0 C
It turns off after 10-15 minutes.
pch I try with my finger - barely warm
put a radiator - it did not help. immediately System Temperatures: pch: 80-88.0 C

Welcome back to the Forum.
Chipset temps at 88 degrees C and the PC shuts down after about 15 minutes is not good.
This is a MB problem with the chipset heatsink, or you need a fan to help with the high temps, or you have a MB voltage problem.
It is good the MB is shutting down because the PCH will, eventually, fry itself when under stress if it idles at 88 degrees C.
Contact HP if in warranty or have a local PC Tech take a look.
