Your PC does not have a TPM 2.0 security device.
Some models did not come with TPM devices.
If it did have a TPM security device, it would be 1.2 non upgradable to 2.0.
You need a 600 G2 TWR for TPM 2.0.
If you are wanting TPM to install W11, your PC's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
If you are interested in installing W11 23H2 on your PC as is, watch this video:
How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) 2024 (youtube.com)
Download the W23H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
