- TPM suddenly disabled and I can't re-enable it

I had a security notification saying that the TPM had been disabled. Any idea what could have happened or how to fix it?
I tried going into the TPM management but the only option I get is to clear the TPM and that sounds iffy. Please advise.
HP Omen 30L. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X.
