Multitude of issues.
On power-up or restart, the boot selection menu does not display. To make a boot choice, I have to manually activate the boot menu by continually pressing the F9 key until the menu is activated. After spending a significant amount of time with 2 technicians, who thoroughly and patiently checked my computer settings, determined that the bios in the ODEM was not designed for dual boot.
Another issue is the clock not retaining the correct time. Once, the computer shuts down, restarts or on reboots the time readjusts to exactly 4 hours later than the selected time zone thus each time I have to resync the time. Once again, I spent significant time with 2 technicians. The first was through chat. The technician was terrible and I can only surmise that English was not that person’s primary language or did not have adequate reading skills. The second technician, Chris, was contacted via phone and was excellent but even after updating the CMOS the issue persists.
At this point, I wish I would never have bought this computer.
