Product: Hp slimline 260-p129nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The PC turns on but the led light starts flickering along with an acoustic signal that beeps, while the screen stays blank. Actually, the display automatically switches from hdmi to analogic , as if it wasn't connected via hdmi to the desktop 

What do I do?
