Toolbar Freezes & Multiple Issues

Product: HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1) Sometimes after rebooting or restarting when you turn on the onscreen keyboard to try in the pin the screen freezes, kinda, can move the mouse and type on the keyboard but can't select the pin field to type in the pin.

2) After running awhile the toolbar freezes and you can't run anything from it so you can't open task manager to see if something is locked up or get to the windows menu to reboot so then I can't do anything without someone physically shutting down. I reset Windows Saturday and did a complete wipe and clean install Sunday night.

3) Bluetooth speaker always gets unresponsive, troubleshotter will say a sound service didn't start.
