Tried doing a system reset. Stuck with small circles spinning in a circle

HP 110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to revert the computer to it's original form.  I did a reset last night.  This morning the screen is black.  At the bottom center of the screen there are some small white circles moving clockwise in a small circle.

Since it have been running for 18 hours or so I powered it down and back on.  I still get the black screen with the spinning circles.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi

A HARD RESET.

Not sure of the exact procedure for your model, but it is usually something like hold the power button in for 20 seconds.

Otherwise if you can make a DVD/USB repair media from here...

ISO images of various Microsoft OS's are available. They can be be downloaded (sometimes you need a licence key other than the HP OEM key) and 'burnt' to a DVD or USB. They will NOT contain the appropriate HP software, like drivers etc, but will enable a repair to be started

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

For when you only have Linux etc (non MS OS) to create install media.

ADJUST SECURE/LEGACY BOOT & BOOT ORDER AS NEEDED.

Ok, I don't see many options in the boot device section.  How can I get it to boot to the CD/DVD drive?

The choices are:

Windows Boot Manager

VEFI: IPV4 Atheros Ethernet Controller

VEFI:  IPV6 Atheros Ethernet Controller

Legacy Boot Sources
