Trouble Starting Up

HP Pavillion All In One (Touch) 23-q112
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have no idea if this is the right place to put this but I have a problem. So I haven't used my all In one in a while and it doesn't seem to want to start up. I followed a few trouble shooting stuff but it's no use. First the light beeps 7 consecutive times but then when I power reset I sometimes get the fans to start up and then it beeps (while showing lights every time it beeps) 3 long beeps and 3 short beeps. Can anyone help me?
