Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to power up my HP Envy all in one desktop pc running windows 11.  I have tried holding down the windows logo key and the “b” key while turning on the power.  All I get is the preparing to repair message, followed by the diagnosing message, followed by the hp logo.  That’s where it stays without changing.  I tried repeatedly tapping the F10 key while turning on the power and got the box that allows you to reset defaults, and that took me back to the repair message, and then back to the hp logo again.  Then I used the F10 key again and this time tried the advanced options which asked me for my recovery key.  I don’t know how whether I created a recovery key or if one was created for me.  Can anyone help?

hi

if you manage to reboot with the f11 key at boot

Software recovery options (Windows 11 and Windows 10)
try what is mentioned here
https://www.hongkiat.com/blog/rollback-win10-from-win11/

In the Advanced options window, select Uninstall Updates, then Uninstall Latest Feature Update.

if impossible

try from cloud recovery
be careful because you risk losing all personal data

You can try several things in order to try to recover your data, I give some explanations here, but in French!

You can try a bootable cd / dvd type live cd (linux)

you can try removing the hard drive, in order to connect it to another computer internally, or with a usb adapter!

If your disk is not completely out of order, this gives you a small chance

since you have an all in one live cd, seems to me the best suited
