My device is Hp Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC
hewlett-packard 1495 motherboard
I encountered a blue screen on booting, and after a lengthy search, someone suggested to me that I update the BIOS and I have already updated the BIOS.
I had version 2.15, I updated it to version 2.33
and it didn't solve the blue screen problem, then I realized that the problem was not from the BIOS and that the device was using the wrong disk to boot..
After updating the BIOS, I encountered other problems that I did not encounter before. I found that the computer does not restart and when I do a restart, the screen turns off, but the computer is still working.
The second problem is that the system boot time is taking more time than usual, and it does not boot from the first time, as the screen remains black while the device is working.
The third problem, when I turn off the computer, the screen turns off, but the device takes a minute or two to turn off, and this is what I have not encountered before.
Can I go back to version 2.15 of the BIOS?
Because I searched for this version and did not find it, I only found update 2.28 in one of the topics, but I don't know if it will cause problems or solve it.
