Trusted Platform Module 2 error

Good day,

 

Could you please help me with the same problem.

I followed all the steps as you suggested and I also was not possible to locate the option to clear TPM under Device Securities.

 

I have the exact same PC as the original post.

 

Your help would be appreciated
