I already had problems with usb ports.
I installed USBlyzer USB sniffer software.
After reboot all USB ports no longer work.
How can I regain control of the PC?

Is "System Restore" enabled on your computer?
If so, you can launch it, to "time-warp" your copy of Windows backwards to a date/time before you installed the software, i.e., when the USB ports were working.
This presumes that your USB mouse is still working. Correct?
If not, then:
- power-off your computer
- power-on your computer, and immediately start tapping the F8 keyboard key (while the motherboard, not Windows, is controlling the USB hardware)
- from the "System Repair" menu that is displayed, you can launch "System Restore".
