Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I can’t access to my Pavilion H8 since this morning.

1/ when I try to boot it gets stuck asking to press ESC to access to the BIOS startup menu

2/ when I press ESC or F10 nothing happens: I can’t load anything, looks like it is frozen.

Also I tried WIN + B to recover the BIOS but, nope. As well booting on an USK stick didn’t succeed.

 

I’m totally lost.
Anyone got an idea to solve my issue?

EDIT: solved I reset the BIOS removing the MBO battery.
