Unable to enter the Bios Setup as I do not have the Setup Password

By mistake I selected Secure Boot from the Bios Setup Menu and failed to write down the Password. Now I can't change the Bios settings to boot from the flash drive nor Restore the Bios Default Settings.

My computer originally came with MS Windows 10 loaded. 4 years ago I installed a Ubuntu operating system and deleted the MS Windows. I have continued to update Ubuntu and now operate with Ubuntu 17.04. On startup it boots to my Ubuntu partition and loads Ubuntu so I can work as normally. However I can't change the Bios settings.
