Unable to select Samsung 970 NVMe M.2 as a boot drive

HP Recommended
Eliteone 800 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the Samsung 970 EVO Pluse NVMe M.2 SSD on my computer and cloned the C drive in it. I went to the Boot system to select the M.2 as a boot device and I could not see the SSD in BIOS. I switch places on e 2 .2 Slots and no luck. I disabled OPTANE memory and tied, no luck. Can someone help me or direct me to the solution please.
