Product: Envy x360 2 in 1

When i power my computer on and use the fingerprinter reader it tells me Pin is required to sign in but it does not provide me a place to enter my pin.

I understand that you are unable to sign into your computer, I am glad to assist you.

  • Click on Sign in option and then choose PIN icon
