@HollowayW

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Forums.

I came across your post and would like to assist.

I understand that you have an HP 110 PC and it does not boot. There is power but the keyboard does not come on and there is no display on the screen.

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this:

  • What is the exact PC model number?
  • Did any hardware changes or updates happen on the PC?
  • Did this issue start after a power outage?
  • Are any lights on the PC blinking?

While you respond to that. I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Press and hold the power button the PC to to power it off.
  • Disconnect the power cable and all other cables from the PC.
  • Press and hold the power button on the PC for 10 seconds, this will release any static from the PC.
  • Reconnect the power cable, keyboard, mouse and the monitor and power on the PC.

Also, please refer to this HP troubleshooter guide that helps in fixing the no power and no boot issues: https://hp.care/2ymhlc5

Hope this helps. Let me know the outcome. I'll be glad to assist you.

Cheers! 🙂
