Unkown blink code 5.7

Z2 SFF G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got upgraded PC-wise to Windows 10 and software, but needed a second network card (one needed for instrument it's attached to, one to put on the network). A new one came in today, tried to install (not me), but won't boot up. Gives beep code of 5 long, 7 short. This is not in the manual, and after talking to HP support, they have no clue what it means either. Taking out the network card (back to original state) does nothing to fix. Will not talk to peripherals (monitor, keyboard). Did basic diagnostic (removing power supply and holding power button) to no change. The instant the power cord is back in, the code starts again without even pushing the power button. Board battery was reseated.

 

Anyone have any clue what this code means? Did we fry something?
