Unsuccessful Windows 10 Upgrade

24-g020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an Unsuccessful Windows 10 Upgrade I am going to revert to the previous Windows 10 Install, then Flash the BIOS.  The Question is, the newer BIOS Update Versions have an older date than the Newer Dates have.  Here is the Link.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-24-g000-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series-touch/11059...

Which is the Proper BIOS to choose so that I will have a successful Upgrade to 1709?

I'm thinking to use the newest determined by the Date.  The one thing that I'm unsure of is the: (ROM Family SSID 82DD)  Can someone tell me if this is correct, and explain the ROM Family?

Current BIOS Version is: F.30, Clearly the newest dated Version is: F.31 Rev.A 8.8 MB Jan 29, 2018

Also, I keep getting the "HTML Content Error" when posting and have not remembered what it is that I'm inserting that is causing this?

Thanks, pc
