HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer has no signs of being powered up apart from the power light. This goes out when power is removed and re-lights when power is connected.  I have removed all devices bar the keyboard. I’ve tried holding down the power button for 15s with both the power connected and disconnected.  I have tried the windows Plus B key and press Power for 2-3 seconds. This is when I checked the keyboard by pressing num key and no light came on that key. Any suggestions.?

Is the computer's HP warranty still valid? If so, contact HP.

You're probably looking at a replacement of the computer's motherboard, because the POST (Power On Self Test) is not "flashing" the LED lights on your keyboard, or sending power to your optical mouse.

Yes it is still in warranty. I’ve contacted HP and it is being collected on Wednesday for repair.
