Hi,

when I start my laptop it saw this text 

hp pc hardware diagnostics UEFI

Version 1.6.0.0- BIOS

memory test

hardware drive check

language

exit

i tried everything but I still have this error on my screen.

Could you please help me what I do to solve this issue.

Tried everything, but precisely??
this message is usually to indicate a problem and that the computer should be tested
this does not fix anything, but helps to find out what is wrong, if the case!
