The same desktop Omen 25 L  I have wrote about earlier
I have now made an installation usb stick that seems to work better.
Earlier I had problems with the installation usb I got and had to pay for from Hp, it didn't work, i got an answer that it is not possible to use because of not dedicated products. I cann't go around this and there is not any changed products.
Now the install kit I have made seems to work but will after a long time ask once for bitlocker and the for the language where i cann't chose anything else than the given language. All seems ok but after a while I am back in the same situation but not asking for bitlocker key.
The destop has had a W10 installation which crasched but I am not more sure if it was a Pro or Home version and which language it had. I do belive that it was a Home and perhaps with other language than what i now is trying to install.
Why do it stop in this language question? There is an other language than English given and will not accept changes, it's a for Me possible language but I an afraid for that the computer has had an other different language than English, is that the solution?
I have no easy way to check the HD. Normal start will ask for the  Bitlocker key again and again, I have the right one.

Hi again.

I helped you back in September.  Your diagnostics ran OK and the problem was with Microsoft's bitlocker as I recall.  I assume diagnostics run OK and the problem with bitlocker is fixed?

If you log into your Microsoft account you can look up your device and find if it is windows pro or home.

https://www.microsoft.com/rpsauth/v1/account/SignIn

Alternately download and use ShowKeyPlus from the Microsoft Store

What is your product ID including the 3 letters after the # character?  That can be used to determine what your system is supposed to have.

Thank You for responding!
I havent/couldn't done anything to Bitlocker, it has always accepted the code but beeing asking it again and again.
Now with an other installing Usb-stick it asks only once for the bitlocker key!
It's very easy to test if the bitlocker key is ok because directly I give it wrong the system will inform Me.

The system don't use the name Product ID but these I have:

Product number: 4A6N6EA#UUW

Build ID: 20WW3OBT608#SUUW#DUUW

I think that Build ID will tell something.

Your product number 4A6N6EA#UUW is one of the newer systems and is fully supported by cloud restore

If you wish, you can go here

https://d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net/

and download the original software that came with your system.   All you need is a 16gb  USB flash or whatever is recommended.  It should have the correct language #UUW =Skandinavien .

Do  not download anything from Microsoft or buy any windows install kit as the HP one is designed for your system and is free.

This is going a little bit to the right solution but...
It seems as the Usb flash works as it should at first everything looked good.
I even saw a fast flicker of the inlogging screen, first time for a very long time
BUT the &%#¤& Bitlocker  how c an I solve this?
There is this TPM Device I dont see a differense between Hidden or Aviable then can TPM state be on or off I cann't see any differense eighter there. I have not cleared the TPM, I am afraid for making things worse.
As earlier wroten I have the right Bitlocker key but the system doesn't stop asiking it, it will work a while and go back. No it will now and then show Me a short flicker of the login screen and the goes to asking for Key.
But is seems as the Usb flash should work if I hadn't this bitlocker problem.

You might want to read this discussion over at microsoft

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/453360/bitlocker-with-without-tpm-whats-the-diff...

basically if the bitlocker key is stored in TPM,  there is no need to enter the password every time you boot up.  If you clear TPM (or do not  have TPM) you will have to enter the password on every boot.

I do not encrypt my drive.  I recommend you ask for help over at Microsoft as they invented bitlocker.  I do  have a USB flash drive that I encrypt with bitlocker and the few times I used it I just enter the bitlocker password.  I use a password manager,, Steganos, that came with my Nero apps for everything web related.

[EDIT]  With the password or "key" in TPM you only need to enter a PIN.

Thank You for the TPM and btlocker information.
It seems now that I have somehow fixed the Bitlocker problem, knowing what TPM do helped a little,
No it seems as there is still something to find out.
I see the login screen now and then and the message that Klick here to fix Your pin code, Your old pin code is not more actual. The little problem is that the system don't wait for My click.

Can I use this Recovery media over an existing installation or must I clean the computer in some way or totally?
The Usb Recovery media seems to work but there is a problem with a missing Pin code. I have to give a new one but I got only the information not the possibility to do it...
