We bought 2 Hp laptops in March and May 2023. Both are undergoing working issues , 3 times both are booked for service and service done by Hp service center but the issues with the system function continues.
System 1 : Keys get stuck in and not working. Twice the local Hp support came and change the board but the issue continues. System is under warranty. It is the third time the same issue of keys not working properly . We would like to replace the system itself but no response from the service.
System 2: 1. Heating issue. Board replaced by the support. 2. Battery issue. Battery replaced. 3. Screen display. the letters are stretched and contracted while scrolling. The support tried virtually but it is not rectified.
I want to have the contacts of higher officials customer support. Hp Pavilion and Touch based. Purchased for higher amount of Rs.60000 to 70000 but very much frustrated by both the system functions. We requested for system replacement but it is not done by the support. We are very much frustrated by these system issues in the two laptops. Please share your contact email id and phone number so that I can send in detail both the system issues.

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
