I'm getting an invalid Failure code when I enter the information on the website.
Generally, the failed component needs to be replaced when you get a 24-character failure code.
For example, if the code is for a hard drive, then you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

If it is the hard drive that has generated that failure code, you may want to consider replacing the failed mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
You will need a 3.5" to 2.5" hard drive adapter so you can mount the smaller size SSD where the hard drive is currently located.
You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

no doubt hard drive problem
IMPORTANT:
The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.
