Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, my laptop doesn’t get past the HP logo screen when I start it. It shows preparing automic repair and after that the screen go black and it shuts down. I recently added 8gb ram to it, I removed and tried to start too but it doesn’t help.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
