Hope you can help. Just recently bought a new HP PC. It is a Pavilion (sp?) .

Windows10 is operating system.

Running with Wireless.

Problem: when I shut computer down I lose all passwords and personal identification names. I don't lose files, but I have to even install my browser again and go through verification with each program I open. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

Hello
try to create a new user account, administrator
If this fixes the problem, delete the damaged account
make sure your data is transferred to the new one before

Attention
A bios update is not without risk!
Be aware that if you are offered to do so, it will be at your own risk, the computer may become unusable, think about it
