HP Pavilion 20-b330el All-in-One Desktop PC

I just turn it on and its always white i tried plugging it and unplugging it dosent work i calt use the keyboard because its blue tooth and i dont have the thing to connect it

@GianCarlo23 -- an All-In-One computer is more difficult to trouble-shoot than a desktop computer, because replacing components (power-supply, video-adapter, RAM, processor) is generally not possible.

 

If you purchased the HP computer within the last 12 months, then contact HP Support, and make a claim against the HP Warranty, to get it repaired/replaced at HP's expense.

 

Did you purchase the HP Care Pack, to extend the warranty?

 

I recommend that you take the All-In-One, and its external power-supply, to an owner/operator computer store, for professional trouble-shooting.
