Hello! So this is a old pc

and when i try to start it the pc turns on and then the cpu fan spins very fast and it doesn t boot

1.i cleaned the rams

2.i reseted the Bios

3.i unpluged the hard disk

i don't know what to do anymore please help

difficult to conclude something, very often motherboard problem

the pc is from 2008 

it can t be from the motherboard because this pc had this problem before and i just needed to reinstall windows but now i don t know how

I asked you for the model of your computer, and I see  here, a Fujitsu computer, it's not an HP...
in any case it makes beeps, see with fujitsu support not hp
