Why will you not recognize my ser 3 when your phone support found it right of

21.5 all in one pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My pc is barely 3 months old and has crashed,I called phone supportand they accepted my ser # and run all kinds of tests,deternmined I needed recovery disc (flash drive)i have beenon line trying everything and on line and says my ser# is not right where the phone people didn't have ant problem finding it.I am so unhappy with HP can't deal with them direct,what do I do now to get there attention ?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any.
You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends).

Response times may vary by region.
