There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\harddisk2\dr2

I am not a HP employee.

 

Hi Bill, this message could mean a storage device has failed.

 

Need more information. HDD 2 could be the second SATA disk which may not be the primary boot disk.

 

Don't know what is happening.
