My volume keys, brightness keys and keyboard lighting keys were not working, I went online and sought for help and I was directed to restore the system to the last update. I did that and everything went fine, my computer booted but before the usual sign in I was met a black screen with my cursor on it, I thought it was a part of the process and waited a while but it was still there, that was when I realized something was wrong, I turned it off and on again but then it just told me that my something was wrong with my PC and gave me a bunch of automatic repair options, some of which I tried but didn't work, please I need help
