Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 locked up after update. Tried reboot but after the windows desktop comes on nothing is responsive. I want to do a windows 10 reinstall from a thumb drive but I don't see the windows license sticker on this PC, purchased refurbished  from Amazon & KLAMP electronics Oct 2016. Only stickers on case is model, serial. Anyone know where the sticker is supposed to be or how to get the license ID? Appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi:

Microsoft did away with the familar product key stickers used on '98, 2000, XP, Vista and W7.

Beginning with W8, the product keys are all hidden in the BIOS.

So, you can reinstall W10 using the media creation tool (where you may have gotten the download), or use the recovery media you made and W10 will detect the W10 product key in the BIOS and automatically install and activate.

Thanks. That seems to have worked as no activation screen came up.
