Omen 870-204na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 no longer starts . No recent hardware changes.

  • I can't uninstall feature or quality updates, nor is there a restore point to go back to.
  • Chkdsk and sfc /scannow come back clean, so I don't think it's a disk issue.
  • BIOS has been updated to the latest level F.27 Rev.A for ROM Family SSID 82F1.

Any ideas before we try to reset it?

Thanks

Thanks, Sandy.  BIOS was not the problem, and to be honest I still don't know what was.  In the end I had to go to the recovery partition and rebuild the PC.
