First of all, this is the English forum -- so we only reply in that language.

 

Second, Insider Previews are not Released versions of Windows -- and we only provide support for the Windows version that came preloaded on your HP computer.

 

You should NOT be using Insider versions if you are not skilled in Windows debugging, as these are essentially "beta" versions of software and are know to have issues and problems -- none of which we can diagnose or fix.
