Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Dear,

 

I need help for installing windows 7,  in the PC20-e024l. After 15% the usb port are disabled so I can't use the keyboard or the mouse to follow the installation. Thanks to give a solution.

Hi:

 

You have to use this tool to put the required USB3 drivers into your W7 installation flash drive.

 

There is a readme file on the link for how to use the tool.

It should run on 32 bit too.  There are 32 bit drivers in the folder when you unzip the tool.
