HP Pavilion 590-p0070
Microsoft Windows 11

I clicked on windows update and it started to download slowly and on reaching 5% I left the room and returned half hour later. Monitor was blank but pc was still on. Turned it on and no boot with total blank screen with no beeps.  Tried turning on and off 5 times but still nothing.   Put in usb media recovery and tried booting -Nothing. Tried recovery cd- nothing. Also usual F keys etc.  Even tried a win 10 disk- nothing.  Switched monitor and cables from dvi to vga-nothing. Cannot even get a command prompt. Computer is HP Pavilion 590-P0070,  Any suggestions please?

There is a troubleshooting guide here

Please do step 1 of this guide

Tap the ESC key after powering on and select the diagnostic program.  Run at least one pass and report results

It is possible you have a cloud recovery download available.  Please post your product ID including the 3 letters after the # symbol.
