Product: HPE-400f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows Automatic Repair freezes at the "Choose your Keyboard" window. This issue started after changing the computer's IPv4 address and the Default Gateway in an effort to connect to the internet.  After the second restart, Windows 10 went into Automatic Repair mode but it froze at the "Choose your Keyboard' window. No response to mouse or keyboard.

 

Ran Diagnostics by pressing F9 at startup and the results were as follows: CPU Test- PASSED, Hard Drive Connection-PASSED. Boot Test-FAILED. Error Code- BIOHD3. 

 

Does anyone know what the Error Code means or how to get beyond the "Choose your keyboard' window?

Hi:

 

When you do a search on the failure code, it seems to indicate that you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
