Boot device not found error usually comes when the hard drive has failed or become corrupted.
Step 1: We will do a Hard drive test to isolate the issue.
Step 2: Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second.
Step 3: When the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen displays, click Component Tests and then click on Hard Drive.
Step 4: When the test is complete, the results are displayed on the screen.
Step 5: If the test fails then it will conclude it to be a Hard drive failure.
Step 6: If the test passes then I would suggest doing a system recovery and reverting the PC back to the factory shipped conditions.
