HP all in one

I bought an HP all in one computer from a close friend of mine, After everything was set up I played around on it with no issues. After waking up this morning, the computer now won’t turn on. The screens black, though the power cord light on the back is on. I’ve used the entire troubleshooting post on here and am still dumbfounded and out of luck.

 

any suggestions?

@Amberly26 Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
