Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This unit is just 1 yr old.  Had problems at 6 months.  It resolved itself when left untouched for 2 months.

 

screen gets to the picture with time and date but won’t move on to password.  Light is solid.  Tried forcing down by unplugging.  It responded for 2 seconds with flashing light but nothing more.
