Won’t load past lock screen

HP Recommended
Pavilion X360

My computers been just fine until I had an issue with my drawing tablet that required me to restart the computer. Now it’ll take me to the normal lock screen but once I click on it to enter my pin it just goes blurry for 2-10 minutes and goes back to the normal lock screen. I’ve restarted it about 4 times it hasn’t changed anything. I can hear apps like discord pinging in the background even though I can’t log in. I was just in the middle of a bunch of school work I can’t really do on my phone.

@fal0n

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
