Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Try running an extensive System Test and let me know the outcome

- Shut down the Computer completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Thank you

It does not find any error of any kind. Once it boots, it runs perfect. Everything was great until bios update. I may have to replace bios chip.

Right now there doesn't seems to be an option to downgrade the BIOS since the latest BIOS is the recommended one and it got installed properly

If the BIOS is the cause of the problem, HP will surely release an updated version
