Wont start

I just bought this pc second hand and installed new ram into it, but when i start it up i got beeping and flashing lights in the form of 3 long ones followed by 2 short ones. I saw that it could be from static but i was careful and wore the wristband. Didnt know if it was because it wasnt meant to get different ram or what. Any response would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If used, did it work before?
the error code indicates a problem with the ram
either there is just a compatibility problem, or a more or less serious hardware problem
check memory install what the motherboard supports
