after Bios update the monitors are not receiving a signal, mouse does not light up. Help

580-137c desktop-pc-series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In addition to no signal to the monitor, tapping Esc to enter bios does nothing.  I hear no beeps and see nothing on the screen.  I wonder if the keyboard is not working along with the mouse not lighting up.  Help!

You could try a BIOS Roll back https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04126730. If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for service options

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
