Envoy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to log in several times and system said user and password incorrect. After four attempts, system said wifi not connected, then said windows not communicating with Microsoft. After rebooting, I got log on screen and after entering password it said welcome. Screen went to black and only on screen visual is the mouse pointer. If I go to energy saver mode, log on screen appears and trying to log on gets the same results.

Hello,

Did this occur after you updated the BIOS for your "Envoy"?

In many cases, after a BIOS update, the PIN gets removed and it asks for your Microsoft account password. This is a security measure.

Also, in 99% of the cases, people setup their microsoft using their E-mail and password so you might want to try that. And make sure your Wi-Fi is connected once you reach the login page.

Good luck
