Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. need to change  the boot mode mode from manufacturing to the normal boot it is very slow upon boot with this mode

2. also need to remove my BIOS password, I am unable to remove the password I created for the bios

3. Need to add the serial name and products name to the bios, I lost this info when jumpered the bios on the motherboard

@eliano22 HP does not recommend making changes to the jumper settings, if the same was done and now the serial/product info is rendered unstable/unavailable, I suggest you attempt a BIOS default after you access the BIOS, in case you have trouble logging in, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

 

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
