I am replacing a bad disk on my HP 750-437cb desktop. I got error message +/- "no disk drive" and drive did not show up when I installed it as a 2nd drive in a another computer. I have replacement disk on the way, but I never bothered to make recovery/restore disks. I tried to order recovery thumb drive from HP, but every time I finished filling out order and pressed "Order" I was returned to support home page with no order on file. I am not sure how to proceed, even if I had recovery disks. I could use any advice I can get.
Thanks, Bob_s2
